Gut health benefits

Miso: A fermented soybean paste whose postbiotic compounds survive cooking and may help support digestion and immune health.

Mushrooms, courgette and flaxseed: Provide fermentable fibre for butyrate-producing bacteria, helping to keep the colon healthy.

Buckwheat noodles: Naturally gluten-free, rich in polyphenols and resistant starch, which help nourish the gut lining and support a healthy microbial balance.

Gut bacteria supported

Faecalibacterium prausnitzii: Thrives on dietary fibre and resistant starch from whole plant foods.

Bifidobacterium: Fed by fibre from mushrooms, flaxseed and buckwheat; supports digestion and immune function.

Akkermansia muciniphila: Encouraged by buckwheat polyphenols; supports the gut lining.
